Partnerships, revenue, and the engine that takes DASH from a strong community to the biggest design sprint in Europe.

What you’ll do:
• Own and drive partnerships end-to-end (strategy → closing → expansion)
• Lead revenue generation and financial direction
• Build and refine our growth strategy across all fronts
• Work directly with leadership to scale DASH aggressively

We’re looking for someone:
• Who thinks like a builder, not an operator
• Is comfortable owning outcomes and being persistent
• Can sell, negotiate, and close
