Lead Volunteer Position

We're not here to blend in.

You'll create the short-form video and multi-platform content that makes people stop scrolling and actually notice DASH.

What you'll do:
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks) as your main focus
- Experiment with new formats and find what actually gets attention
- Lead a small content team during the Sprint
- Think about marketing strategy as a whole together with our Head of Brand & Marketing
- Keep our channels posting consistently, not just around big events

We're looking for someone who:
- Is early in their marketing or content career and hungry to learn by doing
- Already enjoys making short-form videos, or really wants to get good at it
- Balances creativity with execution and quantity

Good to know: this role takes upwards of 2 hours a week, is flexible around your schedule, our office is based at Aalto Design Factory, and runs from October to April. A great way to get a taste of the startup ecosystem!

Ps. There's room to take on bigger video projects too, like our pre-movie and aftermovie!

Lead Volunteer Position

DASH runs on people, and you'll help make sure they stay, grow, and love being part of it.

You'll work alongside our Head of Community to shape DASH's culture and keep volunteers and core team feeling valued and excited to come back, from day-to-day support to planning fun get-togethers. Your responsibility grows significantly as the Sprint approaches, when you'll be in charge of either over 200 participants or our 30+ volunteers.

What you'll do:
- Help shape and strengthen DASH's culture and create continuity for years to come
- Plan fun events and get-togethers for volunteers and core team
- Support the Head of Community with recruitment, onboarding, and day-to-day people care, scaling up during the Sprint

We're looking for someone who:
- Cares about people as much as execution
- Loves planning things that bring people together
- Is a great communicator
